This is a stunningly aesthetic specimen that we’ve been saving for awhile - druzy quartz-covered calcite rosettes growing on UV-reactive Yaogangxian fluorite cubes!
It's not often one finds calcite rosettes on yaogangxian fluorites - in fact, the only time they are seen is on porcelain fluorites (which do come from the yaogangxian mine, but look completely different from the regular stuff).
These calcite rosettes are made all the more beautiful by the fine sprinkling of druzy quartz, which sparkle and scintillate in the light.
