Barite, Dolomite and Pyrite - 0324_BDP_C1

SGD 100.00
Only 1 available

These specimens possess tiny, rich golden, translucent barite on a matrix of dolomite. They come from the Newfoundland Zinc Mine, which has been closed for a long time. More importantly, we don't often see great specimens from that mine, and if you do get a barite specimen, it's usually just one, single, transparent barite tab.

One of them also has micro-crystals of pyrite sprinkled on them like candy!

These two pieces are from old collections, which is how we managed to get them in the first place.

For every $15 spent, we will plant 1 tree to offset the carbon cost of mining, shipping and packaging crystals.

These are real and natural products, and so might have some flaws or imperfections. We have done our best to pick the best pieces available, but nature is often imperfectly perfect. Therefore, please only make the purchase if you are alright with this.
